Management handbook for intercooperation projects

The Mundukide foundation, in colaboration with Lanki (Co-operative Studies Institute), presents this handbook about the management in the intercooperation projects.

The aims of this edition are two. On the one hand, related to the internal functioning, we hope that the handbook will contribute to repair the problems, to provide with a common looking approach of the area and to establish some standarized functioning guidelines for all the stages of the cycle of an intercooperation project. Besides that, with regard to the new workers of Mundukide, we expect that the document will become a reference or methodologic guide when tackling any project within the intercooperation area. On the other hand, regarding to the participant (or future participant) organizations in the projects, we expect that the handbook will give you a large and concise viewpoint about the accompaniment process.
